We have a comprehensive Charter of Rights for residents HBL can offer respite care, which can be arranged subject to availability of rooms and assessed care needs. Prospective clients, upon initial enquiry, are sent a full package of information about our Home. After which appointments to view can be offered. All prospective clients will have their care needs assessed before admission, by our trained staff, to ensure we will be able to meet the care needs required. Upon admission an agreed care plan and risk assessment will be made for staff to follow.
